Any use of these trademarks is strictly for nominative identification and interoperability reference in accordance with Fair Use under US and international trademark law.

2. Interoperability & Reverse Engineering

This library was developed by observing public, unencrypted BLE transmissions between personal hardware and OS Bluetooth drivers. The Lorax VFS protocol implementation is for lawful software and hardware interoperability, protected under:

• US: DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 1201(f) — Reverse Engineering for Interoperability.
• EU: Directive 2009/24/EC, Article 6 — Decompilation for Interoperability.

No proprietary firmware code, copyrighted keys, or proprietary software was copied or distributed.

3. Hardware & Safety Warning

By using puffco-py to send heating commands:

• You acknowledge operating thermal hardware with burn, fire, and battery hazards.
• You agree to never initiate heating sessions when the device is unattended.
• You accept that misuse may damage hardware or void warranties.
• The authors accept zero liability for any resulting damage or injury.
